GENERAL INFORMATION

All pieces are handmade using stoneware clay and are dishwasher safe. Since all the pieces are one of a kind each product will differ slightly in size and shape and small imperfections may occur.

SHIPPING

Right now we only ship within Sweden. All parcels are traceable and shipped with Postnord at a flat shipping fee of 99 SEK. Pick up can always be arranged at Siargatan 17, Stockholm, just send us an email.

RETURN POLICY

If something breaks during the transportation, please send an email with both a picture of the package and the broken ceramics to majaflorell@gmail.com, your order will be replaced with either a similar piece or an equivalent free of cost.

If you are unhappy with your order you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. How to make a return: Please send an email to majaflorell@gmail.com with information about the order number and the item you want to return.
Make sure to pack the item securely in it’s original condition and packaging and send it back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs related to the return shipping. We strongly recommend that you return your item within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to us in time. We reserve the right to deny refund if the returned item is used or damaged. Once we have received and checked your item, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process.
